Menz,
For all the BS you give/take here, for you to go public and ask for prayer says something about your character. You ARE a character and a colorful one at that. I'm in an Argentina airport reading this. I will pray for your intention. Let's see how the adversaries respond, and hopefully they will without malice.

We'll keep her and all your family, in our prayer list Menzies. This is similar to what my happened when my wife's dad, in Norway, became ill (he was in his late 90's). Several trips to Norway, but when she got another call from her sister, and was on the way again. he passed away while she was still on the plane. Her mom, also in Norway, died several months later.

THT is a family, we give each other a hard time, tease everyone, call names, jump on one another when we screw up, but when in a time of need, I believe most here would help however we could.

Praying that God gives the strength needed for your family.

Prayer sent. It is difficult to live so far away from ones parents, especially as they get older.

Thanks again everyone. I skyped with her yesterday and again today. Been what I would call up and down.

Yesterday the doctor put the MIL on co proxamol (withdrawn in 2007 due to toxicity but still given to "named patients') saying that if that didn't ease the pain then she would be put on morphine. They were discussing moving her to a MacMillan Center today - which is a cancer care center in the UK.

The doctor told my wife it would probably be a few weeks yesterday, then when he saw the MIL today (after the meds and my wife being around) he said it may be longer, but no more than a month or two.

So we have to see when the missus might come back. If the MIL does move into a center maybe she'll come back for a rest before going back over. So all up in the air for now.

Thanks again for the prayers and thoughts.
