LOL... that's because the only way to prevent it 100% of the time is to either keep the car in a garage or keep the cat inside. Problem solved!
And if that dog tore up your patio furniture... say took it's claws and ripped up all the cushions.... you would be A-OK with that too?
Trying to justify letting your pet roam free by calling others mentally unstable if they don't agree is truly pathetic.
I would think I am the one of higher of intellegence between myself and the dog. The dog probably doesn't know any better.... Its probably some sort of a instinct that comes out in the dog. To get even, I would wait till the dog goes to work, prance over to the dogs house, crap in its yard and chew up his lawn funiture for revenge. I would then set up a cameria so you can see the dogs face as he drive into the driveway and sees the mess and post the picture on the internet.

Attempting to declare a person doesn't have mental issues when that person is so worried about what some dumb animal is doing that they want to feed it poison antifreeze or harm it in other ways is showing a state of denial. Really these people should seek professional help.

Boatmanalso,
The people that say they would do this is the people that make this country what it is today. They worry about other peoples issues more than they do themselves. They are the home owners association of america. All they care about is what other people do and get their jollies off by seeing it happen. Luckily I have been able to live away from these imbeciles and luckily I have the ignore feature on this forum because without I would waste so much air laughing at these weirdo's.
They have ruined this thread with their rhetoric....

hows the car holding up..i cant believe this thread made it to 4 pages
The cars doing good. The pepper seems to work. I say seems because it could be a coincidence but who knows. Lucky I have alot of pepper because I cook with it so much people hate eating at my house!
As far as the 4 pages I cant believe it either. You know that if there is actually a thread that is helping someone out then someone is going to come in a post some crazy stuff and try to derail it.
Thanks for checking back in though!

You don't like cats. You don't own a cat. So whats the point of posting in a thread that is about cats?
As far as the "ferrel" cat. Well you are right. I misused the term. I should have said wild. I purchased him and his brothers and sisters. As far as the running around part. You must live in a heavily populated area because I have never met anyone that think there should be cat laws other than keeping their population down.
As far as the home owners association president comment. What I really meant is that by your one post alone I could come to the conclusion that you are the worrisome, always peeking through the blinds neighbor that loves to worry about other peoples business and property by sending them letters explaining that they cant paint their front door a certain color.
As far as the cats crapping in your garden? Hell there trying to help you fertilize your plants but honestly it sounds like the cat missed your flower box and crapped in your corn flakes.
I love cats-had them all my life. But I would never let them roam loose and generally be destructive. Or dogs-just common sense.
Fleas, ticks, disease, urine\feces all over. Noise, offspring-damaging cars & furniture.
Plus cats generally eat the bug eaters:lizards and frogs.
Our street has at least 8-10 cats that roam about-our county animal control looks like a comedy routine.
Feral cats are hell on songbirds, baby rabbits, etc. I don't know that letting your cats run wild says anything about mental condition, but it says a lot about responsible pet ownership, whether you have a quarter acre lot, or a hundred acres.
