I think it would have been a lot cheaper for the county/ state to buy the guy his own horse then it would have to throwing him in the clink. Hay, each to their own. ...pun intended.

I don't know if someone can search it but I posted the video of this a month back, the video is VERY funny, the owner talking about how this guy "molested her surgar" and how she can belive this man "violated her horse
