It is a re-do of the "V" that used to be on NBC about 25 years ago.

It was ok. The head Visitor/Alien was on Star Gate in the final season.

I liked it tonight when they offered free public healthcare then were
ref as a sleeper cell, !!!! does it remind of us of anything

I watched the series back in the 80s and thought it was cool (I was 10 years old). I watched the new V tonight and thougt it was pretty good.....so far.

And the funny thing is that the SiFi channel ran a marathon of V from the 80s today and I watched a few episodes.

My take on the new V is a cross between Men in Black and Independence Day using the script from the 80s V...almost word for word.

They showed the old 1983? movie version on the SyFi channel I suppose to launch the series.
The thing I thought was funny is they gave it 3 out of 5 stars critic. What a joke. It was a B movie at best.
