Why are you sending faxes? Can't you just buy a scanned and email the files? We deal with clients all over the world and never use the fax.

In the main office we use a Xerox Phaser 6180MFP. Toner was killing us, we are getting it better through ColorToner.com in Stuart, IIRC. The biggest problem with the toner cartridges, they have a chip in them that goes bad, so you have to buy the refill kit, plus a chip!
