I watched the video okay. Man there has got to be more to that story or maybe the male cop was showing off for the female cop. From the video it appears the guy is compling to what the officier asked.

It is just kind of shocking when you read the story also how he was denied any treatment from there force. But like we know there are 2 sides to every story this one comes with tape I smell huge law suit. And Garret I was able to watch the whole video
