Recently remodeled the kitchen and installed a new dishwasher and while the hot moist exhaust was welcome during the winter it has out worn its welcome. Does anyone make a exterior vent for the exhaust? I was thinking about something like for a clothes dryer maybe.

This one has different air temps or you can turn the dryer off but I was thinking that a power exhaust would suck all of the heat and moister outside. Here in south louisiana the humidity will quickly get to a ridiculous level so any relief is welcomed.

When it is hot enough the dishwasher exhaust is not welcomed, we select a wash cycle that ends without drying. Just prop open the dishwasher door and let the dishes air dry.
