Shrimp cocktail, lamb chops, salad, Red Hook Blonde Ale. And a Sambuca afterwards. Wish I could afford Rodney Strong!

Well now, the Admiral wanted Dinner at 6:00 PM, I grilled her a nice 1 1/2" thick New York Strip (Medium Rare) with a Baked Potato, French cut Green Beans and some French cut red peppers. I had Grilled Salmon, Spinach Salad with Maple syrup & walnut vinaigrette, with a side of baby peas and a couple glasses of Woodbridge (2007) Chardonnay.

And now a bowl of Chocolate pudding with fresh Florida Strawberries and whipped cream.

TB, NY Strip is my favorite steak. Sounds like you are trying to keep the cholesterol down. Was that Salmon wild caught?

Cholesterol at last exam was at 173 total, looking to get it down to 150 total by the end of Sept.
