OK, now here is a record I defy anybody to beat. My last log-in showed that I'd changed 50962 places!!! Looks like the 7th try to get off the rocks was successful. Trouble is, I had to go to work and looks like I've been sailing West at 13.4Kts all day.

The esteemed Capt. Malloy penned: "Also, Anyone hitting 90,000 or over this next list is gone. I have to assume they are not playing..... "

Well, that's kinda true, this was Serious Business for me until the spinnaker unstuck me....but better make it 100K so I can stay on the list!

That happened to me also. I had a few 14 hour flights over the last few weeks. Plus was in a country where I couldn't get a connection for a couple of days. This is definitely a game that isn't very compatibable to travel.

That is why I made a tack right before the buoy. I am now however running closer to the course line.

I think Menzies may be in good position given the wind forecast.

Just had to leave the boat for about 12 hours and soared way north. All the other trailing boats blasted in under me. Damn! Anyway, I'm back in the swing of things, but gotta make up tons of ground. Hey Malloy, I'm trying! Hope I can stay on the list but I see your point----and thanks again for making the list so nice. It's a great reference!
good luck guys, looks like a long slower trip southwest to Singapore.

It would be great except for a little 1.1 knot arrow right off my bow - otherwise it would have been straight sailing to Singapore!

Indeed. You are making ~3 knots now. The next 12-24 hours should be interesting as looking at the wind models, we could all get bunched up again.

The list is valuable to see where we are in relation.

I am now drifting along at .2 knots. Oh well, at this speed should be able to troll a tube and worm and land some stripers.
