Well as lots of you guys know I was out of work for a while. However for the last
8 months I have been very busy building this web site www.plumbing4sale.com
for this large company.

Also, was able to do a deal with the in-laws to purchase the home next door to me and am in the process of renovating it.
Bought a waterfront home for 260K, We will list it for $385 when I am done.
Getting my GC license and hope to do construction full time renovating properties.
OK back to work...time to add some showers to the web site! Oh yeah if you need something plumbing related let me know. We have all the high end stuff!

Oh and I still have the Mako.
