TWIC Requirement??? - The Hull Truth

Anyone know if Sen. Coleman's bill to veto the TWIC requirement passed. I think it's ridiculous that everyone with a captains license (MMD) has to pay over $100 to get this ID, just another government money maker. I understand it's a security thing so why should fisherman, launch operators, tow boats have to do this?? Maybe just military clearance, CG, Navy, NUC. power plant security.

It's a little late for a veto isnt it? Since the bill has already passed and been implemented?
