Long story short, forget trying to email them if you have a problem.

Call 888-221-1161 Say "Agent" three times at the prompt. The first two you will get rebuffed. The third time is the charm and you will be talking to someone within 2-3 minutes. Unfortunately it sounds like they are in India.

I've got the same thing as an application on my iPhone. It has thousands of companies and "Cheats" to get you to the head of the line or talking to a real person ASPA
