Default Have you seen this house?

http://www.coastalhomeplans.com/plan-detail-467.php

I'm building this one and want to see it in person if I can find it. Palm trees say more south than north. Floorplan references "Atlantic" and there is a large Cadillac (i believe) in the drive so east coast of Florida is my vote...

Thanks for looking...It would be my pleasure to send a couple lobsters to the person that first identifies the address of this place!

Fair Winds and Happy 4th of July....thank a soldier

http://www.coastalhomeplans.com/plan-detail-347.php is the link to an Atlantic floorplan. The link in your question has no cars and no palm trees??

The Atlantic looks like a SouthCarolina style, while the Long Beach (your link) looks like Gulf Coast; very much like the beach houses around here.

do I win???????

This is odd...the url matches what I am looking at but using my link above takes you to another house......operator error, just can't figure it out...

OK, can somebody go to coastalhomeplans.com and pull up the Long Beach plan...post up the pic for me?

Thanks from one more dumb 'ol Texas Aggie!

hmmm, your link IS the Long Beach plan, but the photo is of a light yellow beach house with a light gray roof. Nothing but sugar white sand...no trees or driveways. Send the link to rspickering@gulftel.com and let's see what happens.

I got the photos. I don't think it would be anywhere near the east coast, the sand isn't right. White fine sand is west coast to the upper Gulf, stopping around Gulf Shores, AL.

The house would fit right into the homes on west beach road in Gulf Shores. Could you ask the architect?

The two 3D shots are turned 180 degrees to each other. I would lose that TV on the beach wall and add a window to open up my view of the ocean since the master BR blocks the view in that direction. Maybe some steel beams to replace some pilings so that underneath is more useful.

I think that says Gas Fireplace, but I'd move the MBR wall in plane with the elevator wall and put that fireplace in the MBR corner.

I'd make the walls dividing the Office, Family Room and BR beamed instead of supporting. Then plumb a kitchen setup on the first floor for future potential. At least a refrigerator ice-maker line in the office so people don't have to run up to the top level for a soft drink or water.

WHERE on the East Coast would you find white sugar sand?

Daytona/New Smyrna has white sugar sand. So do stretches of Georgia and the Carolinas. The steepness of the beach is dictated by the sand grain size..flat beach, fine sand.
