In an affidavit signed by Kuebler, the manual is quoted as saying, "The mission has legal and political issues that may lead to interrogators being called to testify, keeping the number of documents with interrogation information to a minimum can minimize certain legal issues."

This a bovine excrement!!! If waterboarding is legal then waterboard the scumbag, enter his confession as evidence, then after the fair trial shoot him. If it isn't legal then waterboard his ass, get the information you need, and then he chokes eating a pork chop. Case closed.
Whatever moron came up with this scheme of destroying evidence to keep those defendants from defending themselves should be put up against the wall next to the raghead and the both of them shot. Those integration notes are government property and subject to gov't rules regarding their destruction.
