Been there, done that......started blowing up too many tires so I dropped back to Middle of the Road (Warrior) approach. I am an old school hyper-aggressive driver.....that is how I roll.

You got that right bitch! I can create a pretty cool visual effect by toggling between the high beams and the fog lamps.....now that gets everybody's attention.

I think they would be more upset with the birds I have jammed in that grillage. Seriously, I have two broken cross bars due to birds getting popped in the low 90's. In both cases I had to remove the dead tweety birds.

"Interstate" and "60 mph" should not be used in the same sentence. You bump it down to 60 and save the world...just stay in the right lane while doing it.

Isn't(or wasn't) that the Cannonball BakerSea to Shinning Sea Memorial Trophy Dash?

Yep, always wanted to run it. Always looked forward to the stories, caraaazy chit! The Polish team one year had a non stop converted van that was all tank. Cheap to fill w/ ~$.30/gal gas.

Wow! Not saying I think it is a great idea...I am just a little suprised the govt hasn't done that.

I suppose I am a little jaded on the issue...the government does now tell you how much lighting you can put in a building, that you MUST use lighting controls to shut off lights when not in a room, that HVAC systems must meet certain energy standards...

Why do they have the right to tell me I must meet certain energy conservation levels in MY commercial building? Why should it matter if I wan't to use a gas furnace so friggin big I can melt a polar ice cap with it? Shouldn't I be able to run the lights 24/7? Nope, instead I must foot the bill for these systems.

I guess I just don't get why they are so concerned about how much coal/nuclear/hydro we use when the US doesn't have to import those three...but don't put "energy restrictions" on vehicles.

Yeah...I know supposedly it is coming w/ mandated XXX mpg.

I guess really it is a redundant question.
