Default A little CommonSense

Not until the turn of the century, women has always been second class citizens even in this great country of our. They could not vote. Their role in life was confined to the home and child rearing. Those who dared to venture out side that boundary were shunned upon, labeled, castrated by the toughest critics, man. The vast majority were repeat victims of their spouses. A crime that went unnoticed for no one cared to to do anything. My friends, I can go on and on but nothing I say will undo what happened. I can only reflect back to the hardship they endured. For so long, how can a society founded on the primis of freedom for all and the right to choose the direction we lead can be so cruel to the other half. Where is the sanity of man at a time of soul searching. Where is CommonSense when needed. Folks, those were the sad days in our history but there is hope. Progress is shining in the darkest of tunnel. More and more Cavemen are walking upright and slowly we are moving forward although around the world the same can not be said.

I like to bring to your attention, ladies and gentlemen, Mother’s day is around the corner and this year, let us do something special for the women in our lives not just for ourselves but for the world to see. Let us set an example for others to follow. Tell the world women are equal partners. Tell the world in America women don’t walk three steps behind their men. Tell the women around the world what it’s like to be free. The ability to choose a career of their liking. The ability to venture where the women before them never gone. And what better way to say we love you than a dozen of roses.

My fellow Americans, the day has come. It will go down in history as the greatest achievement to date. Today I ask you to set aside your politic, your race, your religion. Let us speak in one voice and do what is right. What is i our heart to insure prosperity for the next generation, our children. Be a man and join me in support of Hillary Clinton. The next president of the United States of America.

I have said this multiple times. She is not electable.

However, if she was ever President, she would get in the panties of more interns then Billie Bob ever did.

If she does become president, perhaps she can pass an education bill that you could take advantage of Commonsense; you are borderline illiterate.

Correct me if I am wrong, but didn't women have the right to vote before the beginning of the 21st century?

Why should we vote for someone because she claims to be female? That would be like voting for someone because they belong to a certain race. Makes no sence to me.

but if people are voting because of sex she should get all the female vote, but if they vote by race obama should only get half the black vote alright ,who said that!!

Women are not equal to men. While there are exceptional women, that give the appearance of intelligence/usefulness they are not equal. Few women can operate independantly. Meaning they rely on men to fix things and make things work. How many female plumbers, mechanics, carpenters, high voltage electritions have you seen. As a modern father and husband I can change diapers, clean house, sew, cook and do various domestic tasks. But if I asked my wife to change the spark plugs in any of the motors that we own I would receive a puzzeled look and told that that is mens work. I work in a large industrial setting. All of these women that demand equality escew any of the hard, dirty work. Instead they gravitate to management/office postions. Don't ask them to get dirty. They are culturally ill equiped to act in leadership positions, Margeret Thatcher not withstanding. Many women that I know do not like working for other women. Until the military removes gender based standards and shave their heads women are not equal. Women should not be in combat positions, period. Women should not be cops either. People that push equality of the sexes are ignoring the inherant differences between the sexes. Women want it both ways. And for the record I have a daughter that I love more than life itself, and a wife that I treat with honor and respect but in the end I am the head of the household and ultimatly responsible for our the wellbeing of the Family.

Bigjimmy, That raises an interesting question of whether it is more important to black women to be black or to be women.

edit: I wonder who would get first crack at the female interns?
