Random Quote: The path of least resistance makes rivers and men crooked
For the onslaught of snobirds heading south. With the Canuck buck at par or better there will be more than ever. Just so you know, you will see the slowest driving, slowest thinking specimens of Canadian that we have to offer. Not One of the things I love about winter in the great white north. Good luck. God help you if they have a boat.
I haven't seen many Canerdians in TN over the past few years, but the damm yankees sure have found us. They are affectionately known as "half backs" around here.
Florida has lost its luster will all the insurance and property tax issues, and these folks are stopping here in TN and sprouting roots. As a result, you can't touch a piece of lake property around here any more.
Outside that, the quality of english language you hear in Wal-Mart is just plain unacceptable, and all the greeters are leaving. These folks have never seen a two lane road with a curve in it, and when they get confused, they just stop in the middle of the road to punch buttons on their GPS.
Ya'll just need to stay home, we were here first.

As far as never seeing a curve, that would be your Upper Canadians and westerners. We in the east like our twisted roads(goes well with our state of mind)
I've driven some of your roads,'Bird and I love them(Tennessee.N.C and W. Virginia) Only problem was the pokey locals in their big American iron holding up the fun. Some of your county mounties have no sense of humour, unfortuneatly. Real freindly people once they found out we weren't Yanks in your and Tireless neck of the woods.
They come down here in the middle of winter and blister in about twenty minutes on the beach. then we just have to remember to avoid any bars with big screen TVs, cause all the blistered canadians will be in there swilling LaBatts and watching the hockey game. I dont get it, why dont they just go buy three consecutive hours at a tanning machine at home, get burnt, and save their money?
They dont fish, they can't swim, they cant rent an RV here, and the nearest skating rink I know of is probably six hundred miles north up in Miami.
They do fish, they do swim, the game they hunt is bigger, their bon fires are bigger,!!and the beer is better, oh and as of this morning, the dollar was worth more. 1.00013 over US.
ya...da OBP, yea he got me, the OBP yea he got me...
doin' 110mph... wasn't pretty, but instead of a trip to the Kanook Pokie...he gave me a few "other tickets" that amounted to $500... To this day, I thank him.
Hey, Gringo, you just described the average Yankee.
taosx, I guess everything isn't bigger in Texas, eh.
It is.

Hey, welder, ever been to Canada? If not, come in the winter when the total idiots are in Florida(they don't stop until they run out of road). Also a good time to see how tough those tin boats really are.
