Looking for a Windows based program to print out an amortization schedule

Something real simple. To show principal & interest thru the life of the loan

Don't know if it helps, but what about a financial calculator like a Texas Instruments BA II Plus. I can have a amortization schedule solution in about 30 seconds.

I have one I built in excel that is easy to use and based on a typical mortgage basis of 30/360 - even factors in pre-payments. I use it for when I hold notes on land for clients. I could e-mail it to you. Output looks like this:

I believe their is one in Excel. It may be under tools , if not check the help key.
