Default Dang it's quiet!!

On my way to work this morning and I noticed a new GMC 2500HD. Really didn't think too much of it. Nice truck, where's my coffee, you know the drill. Then I noticed the exhaust. I would have never guessed but it was a diesel. Turned off the radio and let me tell you I was impressed. Even with the radio off. Nice to see that they are finally making a quiet diesel.

Now that redneck joe bought his new Dodge, I'm waiting for him to start typing in caps.

I kinda like the rattle of a diesel. I've been driving a F350 7.3 PSD for 10 years and I never get tired of the sound. To each his own I guess.

I thought you claimed you are an ATL builder? If so, you must have a hispanic guy sitting in the back of your truck as a status symbol.........make him pump the fuel.

Every one told me to get the Cummins, now everyones saying how great the Duramax is.

Make up your mind people!

BTW - I am averaging 15.4 mpg with about 50-50 hwy to city, which is as good as the Tahoe got hwy only. That little miles per gauge can be quite addicting.

Bug, keep a pair of the leather work gloves under the seat to wear when you fill up.
