I have a 23' Mako with an inboard...I was thinking of naming it "Straight Shaft"...but not sure if I am going to keep the boat so decided on waiting on naming it. Not sure how potential buyer may feel about the name.
There was a boat in LI Sound I remember went by the name of
BAITS 'EM
helps to know a bit of Yiddish
For the yiddish or hebrew impaired ... baitseem (sp?) = balls. And, not the kind you bowl or play football with. The kind it takes to run 30 knots in 6-8' seas.
Had a 23 Hydasport w/a...wife named it "Wet-n-Ready"...Loved the looks I got from folks at the marina. Sold it to a guy in B'ham Al. Don't know if he changed the name or not.
