Random Quote: I have nice six pack abs, so nice I keep them well padded.
One of my "A" list clients asked me to go to his house and look at a project he'd like me to do for him and I thought this was cool. Just pull the AMG out, push a button and up comes the Ferrari 360 and the Bentley!
Sounds like the guy's got enough money to build a nicer garage than that to keep $500,000 worth of cars in. Garage looks kinda small and cheap except for the lift.
A 360 and a Bentley is under that? That is crazy. Something is just wrong about having them out of sight. I'd be worried about a flood.
A few$$: That is a strange combo of an NSX and Hummer (from kmx at that). Can't think of 2 more different vehicles, but guess that is cool
to have a variety.
I've got a friend with a NSX the same colors as that, a green 94 with comptech SC, and a Zinardi that has never been driven or titled.

The county wouldn't let him build it any bigger.
So does that mean the county wouldn't have allowed him to build a bigger house?

His house is 11,000 sq. ft. The lot is about 1/3 acre in a neighborhood on the outskirts of DC. 5' feet on to the rear and 5' to the right is the property line. So space is pretty tight. The lift is an excellent solution for situations like this, especially since he collects high end automobiles.
