Default It's What's for Dinner - II

Grilled Yellowfin steak (HUGE!!), fresh caught two days ago.

Wasabi and some Mango Ginger Habenero sauce.

Calamata Olive bread w/Sun Dried Tomato Pesto drenched on it.

Santa Carolina Cabernet Sauvignon, 2003, from the Maipo Valley in Chile.

Life is good.

Bon Appetite

Well, none of it was fresh-caught...but the wife planned a helluva Christmas dinner the other night...

Filet Mignon
Snow Crab legs
Baked potato's with cheese & bacon inside
Corn-on-the-cob
French bread
Banana pudding for dessert...

One thing I still do very well at the almost 1/2 century mark is EAT!
