I just got the best friggin news I've heard all summer. Ifeeluplifted and there's little that can tear me down again. I know there are people out there that are happy that the Dems won the Senate and the House, but I've been madehappier than that by a much simpler phone call. Finally an end to my lengthy summer vacation and gainful employment with a very well known company

I've felt like a real turd the last few months because I didn't have a job. I wasn't mooching off anyone and Ikept busy around my mom's house and at the farm. It's not Halliburton or Raytheon but in the same class. I'll still be in Texas which is a good thing...near the boat that got me on THT in the first place. Really and truly, the dems regaining control of congress may work well for me since they are pro environment and my degree is in environmental management. However, that being said, I'm no tree hugging, environmental militant that's he!! bent on destroying my own way of life. I'll keep THT posted as to the progress of my new employment.

look at it this way....at least we gained CONSERVATIVE Dems.......its not so bad! Its those leftys and liberals you have to watch out for....like Nancy lol. Good luck with the job.
