I Joined!

Well for a while now I have wanted to join the Captains Club but due to me being to young to purchase a wheel I never ended up joining.... well untill now. I convinced my dad to let me join :-). My question is... how long does it take to get all the stuff in the mail along with how long till my wheel shows up?
