Default Raymarine C120 problem

I put my boat in today and am having a problem with my C120. The message that usually comes up at start up (navigation warning...press o/k to continue) won't leave the screen and the o/k button doesn't do anything. Actually, none of the buttons do anything, but I can see the navigation screen moving under the message window. I read how to do a master reset, but the softkeys aren't working so that was not possible. Any suggestions?

You most likely have a button stuck, check all the buttons to make sure that none are stuck under the bezel

Thanks Capt. Pitasi! You help is greatly appreciated and I believe you are exactly right. Just take off the bezel and more than likely one of those buttons will be stuck which causes all the buttons not to function. Please let us know if that was the problem or not.

I took off the bezel, but no luck, still not functioning as normal. I had a phone conversation with a Raymarine tech, and he thinks I have a short in the first soft key that's causing the problem. I shipped the unit back to Raymarine...hopefully covered by warranty.

Thanks for the help anyway.
