Place to stay in Ocean City

I work for a coastal surveying company and we come to OC a couple times a year to do a survey of the inlet. We will be coming to OC sometime this month when the wind blows offshore and need a place to stay.

Does anybody have or know somebody that has a condo for 5 people? We also bring a 25' Parker style boat and a 20' skiff that we need dockage for. Usually we stay in a hotel and dock at Sunset Marina, but it would be easier and maybe cheaper to stay at a condo with slips or close to a marina. The only catch is we don't have specific dates of when we will be coming.

Hoping somebody might have a connection to a place that is just sitting empty right now.

Try the Talbot Inn in OC, ask about storage for your boat 2. Most of the tour boats will be coming out of the water soon...
