right out of the harbor. you can anchor a pretty good ways out in the bay (to avoid the crowds) and still see them just fine.

we'll be out there...leaving here around 6:00 or so...

Public Boat Ramps
What is the latest time you can be out there at one? I'm thinking of launching from one but am scared they'd be locked up when i pull in to leave.
