Default Stevensville MD area.

Does anyone know of any charters that fish for stripers or around the bays in this area that might fish on Sunday. Will be in this area at least twice a month and would enjoy fishing some.
Thanks..........

best bet would be to post on tidalfish a day or two before you'll be in the area. put up a "Looking to HO" post for the bay bridge area. HO = hands onboard. there are several guys there who run out of sandy point which is right on the other side of the bay bridge from stevensville...maybe a 15 minute drive from where you'll be staying.

while the captains cannot demand any money for HO volunteers (would be considered an unlicensed charter), it's kind of a good idea to bring some drinks and snacks (find out what they like ahead of time) and throw them some cash for gas.

i don't regularly fish on sundays, but you can PM me before you come and i'll let you know if i'm going...when the big stripers start running i may have to get myself and crew motivated for a trip or two. i'd be about a 30 minute drive for you from stevensville.
