I went down to Sneads Ferry weekend before last and had the same problem with the blue track line and the blue shallow water on the map. I have since figured out a way to get around this so I am not creeping along thru 18 inches of water again in that inlet. Next time you get a chance to run thru there with someone to follow you can save the track under the track tab on the menu. When you save a track you can chose a color and check the box to show it on the map. So next time you run out with Tom or Gregg once your out of the inlet go save the track and make it red and you'll have the path to follow for now on!
