Default Morehead - tubing/wakeboarding

Any recommendations on locations in the bayside to take the kids wakeboarding and tubing?

Go up Adams Creek for great wind protection. That is the ICW going up towards Jarrett Bay boatworks.

At high tide, just north of the high rise bridge (From the port in MHC over to Radio Island) and north up the channel for a mile or two is where we go if the the wind is not howling.

Go about every other weekend behind Shackelford. Head behind Shackelford toward Harkers Island. You'll see a couple green cans and a shoal marker. Tube between theses and Shackelford. Careful going there, big sandbar just past the rock jetty, easy to see at low tide, but covered at high tide.

You'll find good deep water back there. Just watch your depth gauge, you'll probably see others tubing back there.
