Buddy and myself looking to go in the next few weeks for a weekend, only have a 15' john boat with a 15hp Johnson, so our options are limited. This will be the one and only fishing trip to Charleston so any insight to make it a success would be greatly appreciated. I'm headed to Reno, NV and he's going to St. Paul, MN by the end of the month....so I promise we'll not deplete your favorite fishing hole, too much!

That's the perfect boat for gigging! Pay $10, put in at Wild Dunes on IOP, go north in ICW checking all the "points" where the creeks enter the ICW maybe going into the creeks.
