Default lake murray

need some help.am coming to lake murray this weekend and since i live on the coast,was wondering if the fish are biting.also,i will be putting in at jakes landing and wondered if there was many grass beds in that area.thnx

No more grass beds, carp ate them all up.

This is going to sound strange, but striper fishing has been good in the river channel, 115 ft w/ live herring 3 cranks off the bottom. Bomb island area.
