Anyone familiar with a Harkers Island Skiff, the 18' in particular???

Harkers Island builts are definately some of the finest wood boats in the world.Are you speaking of a particular builder or looking for one?

18 skiff with a motor well is a great boat!! the only problem is the leak unless you fiberglass the bottom or leave them in the water all the time so the swell up.
