Will be fishing aboard a 60ft Hatteras, probably shouldn't mention the name on a internet site without the owners permission. But if he say's O.K., I will take some pics during the tournament and post them when I get back. Hope the weather is good and and the Marlin bite is on! At least behind our boat anyway!!!!

I enjoy watching the leader board, the weigh-in cam, and listening to the VHF feed.

I do too when I can. I heard a boat on the VHF feed limping back in on one screw last year. Sure is cool to see 'em back up to the weigh in station and unload!

Anybody have any favorite boats they'll be rooting for? Since we had some local THT'ers chime in, I'll be pulling for them!

Good luck guys!

I'm gonna put a call out to keep an eye on the RUN OFF out of MHC. Best of luck to Second2None and the Sea Spud as well.

Clearly there's a great deal of secrecy and coyness that surrounds this tournament.

We fished my grandfathers boat in this tournament two or three times in the 90's. It was always an absolute blast. Made for really long days though. We left the dock way before daybreak and usually weren't home until after dusk. If I remember correctly, we always fished up north. Never did catch the big one though.

I'm looking forward to this years tourney!

Hatterascal won the Lady's tourny today with two releases using circle hooks. Looks like there is a good marlin bite right now so hopefully it will continue throughout the week.

I will be on "Instigator"

Best of luck to all other THTer's fising this week!

Looks like Alberto has plans of his own. First named storm of the season will skirt the OBX Wed. and Thur.

AWW I'm missing the tourney this year, sad face, I was there last year at the scales watching the winning marlin get weighed in! It was awesome to watch, but I was also trying to find the webcam so I could wave to ol Hotspot, I knew he'd be watching!
