Default Forecasters are Overpaid

This was the offshore forecast last night when I went to bed:

SAT
SW WINDS DECREASING TO 10 TO 15 KT...THEN SHIFTING TO NE
15 KT W OF 1000 FMS LATE. SEAS 3 TO 5 FT.

SUN
W OF 1000 FMS...NE WINDS 15 KT. E OF 1000 FMS...S WINDS
15 KT. SEAS 3 TO 5 FT THROUGHOUT.

Now, this is the offshore forecast as of 4:00 today:

SAT
SW WINDS 20 TO 30 KT...EXCEPT DECREASING TO 15 TO 20 KT W
OF 1000 FMS. SEAS 6 TO 9 FT...EXCEPT SUBSIDING TO 4 TO 6 FT W OF
1000 FMS.

SUN
WINDS BECOMING NE 15 TO 20 KT...EXCEPT S OVER FAR E
PORTION. SEAS BECOMING 4 TO 7 FT THROUGHOUT...HIGHEST E.

MON
NE WINDS 15 TO 20 KT...EXCEPT SE OVER E PORTION. SEAS 4
TO 8 FT...HIGHEST E.


They may as well be using a crystal ball.

Yup, I would love to get paid $95,000 per year to be wrong 95% of the time.

I would just like to be paid $95,000 dollars per year ,,,I wouldn't care if I was right or wrong about the weather!!!!!

I like the weather dog. Send him outside. If he comes back warm and dry, it's sunny. If he comes back wet, it's raining. If he doesn't come back, it's really windy.

I could see all of my clients if I was that accurate on tax returns I guess I would have to become a meterologists then
