Default Condos in Beaufort area with boat slips - yearly rentals?

What condos in Beaufort/Morehead City area have boat slips for owners/renters? Looking to rent and retire there. Any information appreciated. Would like to check them out this summer. 3 BR. preferred.

Check out Beafort Landing Townhomes, 2411 Front Street. Still reasonably priced, deep water slips available to owners, only swimming pool on Taylors Creek, and next to public boat ramp. I have owned there since '98 and thoroughly enjoyed. Units are available for long term lease, no vacation rentals. Beaufort Realty manages most rental units.
