Salute to Ocean Isle Fishing Center Staff This past Saturday Offshore3144 (Mark) and I witnessed a true act of professionalism. We were at the Ocean Isle Fishing Center and after eating lunch at the Giggling Mackerel noticed a small skiff that had become completely grounded after the tide had gone out. Two men were up to their knees in mud trying to move the boat but it wasn't going to happen. Keep in mind that the boat was next door at another restaurant's dock. Mark and I were amazed to see Capt Barrett andCapt Roger crank up the 36' Carolina Contender and maneuver into position to pull the boat about 10 feet and into water. Just a great example of professional courtesy.
