Try Fin-Addict in Benson, NC. They make boat doors for lots of builders.

Piedmont Plastics in Raleigh on Glenwood Ave, about 2 miles from the airport. Not exactly local to Rocky Mount, but they've got all kinds of plastic.

Just for info .... found it at AAA Glass Service in Little Washington .. right on 264. Nice folks, sold me enough pieces to do the job ... didn't have to buy a 1/2 sheet. Would have been a lot easier if local Lowes or Home Depot carried it !!

Have you tried Flora's Glass. Call and ask for Pat Flora. If they don't have it, maybe he can order a piece for you.

On another related note, if any of you are in need of starboard, Plastics and Fiberglass on capital boulevard in raleigh (the old bonded warehouses) had quite a bit a few months ago in various thicknesses and colors for about half what I've seen it average in cost. He doesn't order, just buys overstocks, but if he has what you need you can get it at a good deal.
