I have yet to make my first trip this year and was wondering if everyone is playing nice as far as the crowded fishing conditions? Are the commercial guys letting the rec guys in the same area.
I have never seen it but I hear it can get heated sometimes before the commercial quota gets filled.
If the fishing heats up a little more I might try it the Mon. or Tues. after Christmas.

Well first of all it depends on who you come across. As always there will be some guys that will play nice and others that are not so nice. The commercial fishermen are fishing in the same areas that the recreational fishermen are at and they are the main ones that you will have to worry about bein a**holes, although some are very nice. I hope your trip works out and you get to go catch a bluefin, they are truly amazing fish and a whole lot of fun.
