Default Striper season
Ok you NE NC guys in the Albemarle sound and rivers, now that striper season is a week away, what are you doing to get ready?

Patience grasshoppa! I am waiting for the water temps to start dropping. Other than rod n reel maintenance, just wait. This September Summer is killing me. We'll get em killer...

Water temperature is starting to decline here on the west end. A few fish caught this past weekend, but nothing to brag about. Need at least another 5 degrees to get the fish more aggressive. This NE blow for the rest of this week should do the trick with the cooler nights

It was about 74 yesterday (sunday) in the Little River. A few fish but as you said, not much to them. Very skinny.
