Hey You

I hear the white marlin bite is hot out of oregon inlet. Are most of these fish on the edge of the stream or do they hold on structure? Are the boats running north for tuna? Help, I don't know jack

Usually when the white marlin bit is hot, they are running to the NE out of the inlet and running a long ways, 60+ miles. That is usually in aug and sept though, so not sure if you have info that the bite is hot now, it may not be those northern places. Have not checked with local info guys there in a while so can not help much beyond what the typical patterns have always been.

I fished there last week and we loaded up with mahi mahi, had 1 sail. some boats did hook up some blue and some whites, but the good bite does not start until Sept. We and most of the fleet headed SE
