Fishing report...10 June.....oib

Alot more bumpy than what de weather said....

Left the inlet @ 09:00........never saw a 2' sea..but saw much bigger...

Running down seas the baits would not drop down...hence two good
hook ups on sea gulls.......

Just the same.........2 good kings @ the sea buoy...and a SPANISH the
needed the GAFF....NO KIDDING.....three more decent spanish and the
Giddy-up Girl was more than happy to come in....will try again on Sat.
the 18th with the regular crew....

FROZEN CIGARS.....!!! Seems the bait of choice for the time being...

Hope Fri/Sat is better weather wise and I get part of my regular crew
back on board...

The live version has been best for us. We found BIG schools on the bottom at the Jungle. Jigged up enough in 30 min to fish all day.

Seen any pogies yet? I have a friend who has a place next to Pelican Point Marina who has seen small pogies in the waterway out in front of his dock. Don't know if you know the area or not but there is a creek across from the marina that is pretty much a straight shot to Tubbs inlet. I figure if they're at the marina, they must be showing up on the outside.
