Apartment/Wilmington area? - The Hull Truth

I'm renovating my home in Wilmington this summer. I'm looking to rent a place near Wrightsville beach or Carolina Beach between July and September. I wanna be close to the water for the season.

paw, you took the wrong time to look for beach rental unless $$ is no object. prime tourist season.

Just drove past a sign at Tangled Oaks. For rent buy owner looked like. Condo with 30' boat slip is all the sign said. The sign is on the corner of Myrtle Grove rd. and Masonboro Loop rd.. If I a go back that way I will grab the number but I am heading out of town today and most likely will not......

Exactly, Places that were $1,000 a month during the off-season are now $1,000 a week. You might find cheaper further into Wilmington, UNCW just had it's graduation a week or 2 ago and there are alot of ppl moving out, just stay away from the college its-self.
