How much for dry storage? - The Hull Truth

I had to switch marinas last year and just received my bill for 2005/06 storage at the new facility. The price jumped from $1,500/yr to $3,500/yr for a 25 foot boat (w/out a hard top). I'd love to hear what the Morehead marinas like Coral Bay and 70 West charge. Is the new rate the going price or is it high?

I pay ~$100 per foot annually for inside storage.

I have looked into dry storing mine and it is a lot higher than that. The marina where I used to work it was $10/ft/month on a year contract with 1/2 up front and the balance in 90 days and that was on the slip length not the boat length..mine would have to go to a 22' with high clearance due to the T-top. I just cannot justify that right now....let gas get to 3.00/gal then maybe...
Just would like to know where...
