Default Emerald Isle Report

Well it is about that time of year again. These warm days are giving everybody including myself the fishing bug again. The action in the Gulf Stream is still pretty slow but there have been some Blackfin up to 25-30 pounds caught a few Wahoo & scattered small Yellowfin around the area. This means things should realy heat up in the next few weeks around the beginning of March is normaly when things start to get hot around here. There where a fair amount of Kings caught near the Big Rock lately but the Sea Bass action still remains the best bet for a sure thing. All of the Rocks & Ledges inside of 20 miles should hold some BIG bass but there is only one bad part to this which is the Spiny Dog Fish you will have to deal with, but it could be worse you could be sitting at home reading fishing reports!
