Default Handcock creek?

I was wondering if any of you guys or gals ever fish Handcock creek? (I think that is how to spell it.) Anyway, it is located down east in the Havlock area. Havn't been in several years. There used to be some good drum fishing there.
Just checking.
Thanks

It may be Hancock and not Handcock. That at least sounds better.

It's actually hancock, but being a Marine station on Cherrypoint, it's pronounced handcock usually... Right next to officer housing...LOL Never fished back there, but have heard of a few striper, flounder, and blues caught by bass fisherman in there. Haven't heard of drum in there, but I only fish in much deeper water, so I usually don't pay much attention to their stories unless it's how that strange blueish fish destroyed/cutt-off my lure....

Haven't fished Hancock very often. Back up the river one creek to Slocumb and Tucker. You can find Drum up to 7 or 8 lbs, flounder, bass, raccoon perch, and plenty of Gars and Jacks.
