Looking for advice on finding work from North Carolina to Florida for the month of January. Experienced fisherman from New England (primarily Striped Bass and Tuna) that just wants to fish. I don’t care if the pay is lousy as long as I’m on the water. Would like to work on a larger sportfish or commercial Tuna boat. I understand that finding work for a month may be difficult but figured it was worth a shot. Thanks for any and all help in advance.

Your best bet in the mid-atlantic that time of year is in morehead city commercial bluefin fishing. You may find a boat that needs an extra hand reeling in a fish or two...

Morehead is on the top of my list, just not sure where to start looking for boats. Would be a nice change of pace from our 40 mile runs up here. Thanks for the advice and tight lines!
