Couldnt ask for a better day weather wise... run out in the morning was dark but we made it out to the ledge and found water that was 76-77.5.. put a dozen or so blackfin in the boat.. bunch of skip jacks...got cut off a few times...on the way in we stopped to bottom fish and I was reminded why I dont like bottom fishing.. "because I suck at it"... only caught sea bass and one trigger fish.. Was just all around a great day... good ride out, good fishing, good ride home.

Manny... It caught alot of the fish...great rod.. best one I have ever used.. Wish you could go man.. I have to make up for that last trip... How is the boat situation going?
