Default First boat (non-fishing), refinishing questions

I am hoping to buy my first sport boat (Seaswirl Spyder 188) this weekend. The vessel appears to be water worthy, although the interior will need to be completely redone in the near future. The main purpose of this vessel will be tubing and skiing.

I would like to know if anyone has a recommendation for an upholstery shop in the Goldsboro area capable of doing a simple, yet neat job. There may be some wood work involved as the previous owners have thrown away the original wood backings. Depending on the work needed, I may buy the supplies and attempt to do an interim fix myself.

I will also need to replace the acrylic windscreen on the Port side of the boat, as the current one is cracked. I cannot find anywhere currently making them. Anyone nearby capable of reproducing acrylic windows for less than $500? If so, I will get both sides done at the same time. I would also consider a custom windshield, using glass or acrylic with aluminum frames as a last resort.

I appreciate your responses.

Fin-addict Marine (finaddictmarine.com) can make the acrylic windows for you. I was once recommended Knox upholestry in Goldsboro.

Alternatively, my shop specializes in boat reconditioning. I could handle any part of the job for you.
