Default Smokers

loaded up with big smokers yesterday. biggest was 65 inches with at least (5) 48 inch fish. 88 ft. of water!!!!!!!

Sounds like a good trip, what was the water temp? Live bait or frozen cigars? 88 ft would put you near or past the atlantic ledge. ~JJ~

When you say smoker what do you mean? I have a fish in mind but just want to make sure.

He smoked the reel... peeled off real fast..ran hard for a long ways.. etc.

You caught at least 5 over 48" and one 65" in the same trip? Gotta see some pictures of that!

Thats the reason I was asking. Would love to see some pictures of this epic event.

I know from personal experience that catching big fish off Topsail this time of year is very realistic but always would love to see pictures of this great day on the water!

not quite. check again the fish that won the got-em-on was 62 and weighed 44. my fish weighed 49.
